Client Support – Material Assistance Volunteer
We are on the lookout for compassionate volunteers to join our team and help fulfill baby goods requests from our clients.
You can make a tangible impact by taking on fulfilling responsibilities such as:
- Assist in managing the registration and processing of baby goods donations and requests ensuring a seamless experience for both donors and recipients.
- Conduct thorough cleaning, checking, and sorting of various baby items, including prams, car seats, baths, baby clothes, and more, to ensure that every item is in excellent condition and ready for use.
- Utilize Birthline’s Material Assistance Register to allocate baby goods to individuals and families in need, ensuring that resources are distributed efficiently and equitably.
- Maintain open and effective communication channels with clients and partner agencies, providing updates on the status of requested baby items and fostering a supportive environment for all involved.
Client Support – Baby Bundles Volunteer
Join our team of volunteers who find joy in sorting baby clothes and linens, preparing them to be placed in ‘baby bundle’ bags filled with clothing and essential for newborns to one-year-old babies. Your efforts will directly impact families by providing them with much-needed support during this critical time.
Admin Support Volunteer
If you have a knack for organization and office tasks, we welcome volunteers like you to assist us with various administrative duties, including data entry, correspondence, bulletin preparation, and statistical analysis. Your support will help streamline our operations and ensure efficient delivery of services.
Gardening & Maintenance Volunteer
Are you someone who enjoys spending time outdoors and has a green thumb? We’re always in need of volunteers to help maintain our garden and upkeep our premises. Your contribution will help create a welcoming environment for our clients and volunteers alike.
