Frequently Asked Questions
PREGNANCY TESTING
Some women experience early pregnancy symptoms such as nausea, fatigue, or missed periods, while others may just have a gut feeling. The only way to know for sure is by taking a pregnancy test. Birthline provides free pregnancy tests to help confirm whether or not you are pregnant.
For the most accurate result, it’s best to wait until after you’ve missed a period before taking a pregnancy test. Testing too early may result in a false negative. Birthline offers free, confidential pregnancy tests, and our counsellors can guide you on the best time to take one.
